Delete your account

1. 1Open SkorAI on your phone and sign in if you’re signed out.
2. 2Tap the Profile tab → Settings (the gear icon at the top right).
3. 3Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
4. 4Confirm by typing DELETE when prompted. We do this so you can’t delete your account by accident.
5. 5Your data is removed immediately. The app signs you out and returns to the welcome screen.

If you’ve already uninstalled the app or can’t reach the in-app option, send an email from the address on your SkorAI account to support@skorai.my with the subject “Delete my SkorAI account”.

You don’t need to write much. A line saying you want your account deleted is enough. We will:

• Verify the request is from the email on the account.
• Confirm by reply within 2 business days.
• Delete the data within 30 days of the request.
• Send you a final confirmation email when it’s done.

• Your profile (name, email, study form).
• Your wallet — diamonds, AI credits, streak counters.
• Your study activity — lesson progress, drill answers, marks awarded, XP, league standing.
• Photos you uploaded for grading.
• Quest progress and notification tokens.
• Support correspondence linked to your account.

A few things we are required to retain even after you delete your account, for the period the law in Malaysia (or your local jurisdiction) requires:

• Billing records — invoices for any paid subscriptions or diamond purchases. Tax law requires us to keep these for several years. They’re stored without your name or email visible to our team.
• Anonymised analytics — aggregated event counts (e.g. “X drills marked this week”) that no longer identify you and can’t be linked back to your account.
• Abuse / fraud signals — if you were banned for abuse, we may retain a hash of the account so you can’t simply sign up again.

Deleting your SkorAI account does not automatically cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google directly. To stop future charges, cancel in their settings before deleting your account:

• iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → SkorAI → Cancel Subscription.
• Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → SkorAI → Cancel subscription.
